We've also refreshed our Binding Corporate Rules Controller Policy (Appendix 11) to align with the changes in the KyOOWe Privacy Notice and comply with recommendations from the European Data Protection Board.

The updated KyOOWe Privacy Notice and Binding Corporate Rules - Controller Policy will be effective on December 19, 2024.
